Alhaj Shamsul Alam Foundation began in 2023 at Baliapara in Sonargaon. Named after the late Alhaj Shamsul Alam, it works on education, healthcare, disaster relief and support for families living in hardship. We have no political or commercial interest, and we publish an account of where every taka goes.
To put education and healthcare within reach of low-income families in Sonargaon and nearby areas, so that no child leaves school for want of money and no patient is turned away from treatment.
